CCONTessa

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how CONTessa works.

What does CONTessa do?

CONTessa finds the content your company should create so AI assistants cite you when each member of your customer's buying committee asks a question. She ends with a validated content worksheet.

Which sources does CONTessa accept as evidence?

Only high-authority sources: Gartner, Forrester, IDC, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, the Big Four, Accenture, Ivy League and top business schools, HBR, MIT Sloan Management Review, governments, the European Commission, OECD, World Bank, IMF, ISO, NIST and ENISA. Vendor blogs, forums, social media, Wikipedia and review sites are excluded.

Why can only 10% of questions be super-high priority?

Scarcity keeps the map honest. If everything is urgent nothing is. CONTessa ranks candidates by the strength of their authority evidence and the influence of the committee member, and only the top 10% keep the super-high level.

Is the colour map readable for colour-blind people?

Yes. The map uses a single-hue blue scale that varies in lightness, and every cell also shows a score, a band letter from A to E and a distinct pattern, so colour is never the only signal.

What is hygienic content?

Answers in crowded spaces that matter enormously to a committee member. You will not win the space, but you cannot afford to be absent when the buyer asks.

How does CONTessa work with VALUEntina?

VALUEntina builds buyer personas and pain points. For now you drop VALUEntina's pain-point table into CONTessa as a CSV or Excel file; a direct agent-to-agent link is planned.
