Methodology

Every score is explained, every priority is backed, and the map reads without colour.

Crowding, 0–100

35% AI answer saturation, 25% cited-source concentration, 25% dedicated high-quality pages, 15% competitor coverage. Bands: open, thin, contested, crowded, saturated.

Priority and the 10% rule

Each committee member gets a level from 1 (marginal) to 5 (super-high). At most 10% of all questions keep super-high; the rest drop to high with the note "cap reached". Question priority is weighted by each member's influence.

High-authority back-check

Accepted: Gartner, Forrester, IDC, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Ivy League, MIT, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD, LBS, IESE, ESADE, HBR, MIT Sloan Management Review, governments, European Commission, Eurostat, OECD, World Bank, IMF, ISO, NIST, ENISA.

Excluded: vendor blogs, forums, Reddit, Quora, Wikipedia, social media, press releases, listicles, review sites. Without accepted evidence a priority cannot exceed medium.

Opportunity and hygienic content

Opportunity = priority (0–100) × (100 − crowding) ÷ 100, raised up to 1.5× by matching VALUEntina pain points. Hygienic content = crowding of 61 or more and a super-high priority for at least one member.
